China has 120 million patients with hepatitis B

There are approximately 120 million people are chronic carriers of hepatitis B and about 20 million people who suffer from chronic viral hepatitis; also estimated that among the approximately 38 million people who been infected with hepatitis C, half are still carrying the virus, said Wang Longde, Vice Minister of Health during the press conference.
