was killed Monday by an elephant near a conference center in Bangkok where 17 000 delegates gathered for the 15th International Conference on AIDS, police said.
Somsak Klangkaew, construction worker aged 57, was found lying in a pool of blood, his body covered with bruises, said police Amnaj Sirichantanond.
