The outgoing Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma said on Tuesday it had agreed with the referral of the Central Election Commission, but no agreement had been reached on the government’s resignation.
He made the remarks after a roundtable discussion with opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko, Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich and international mediators.
