Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Dominica
The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Tuesday morning the establishment of diplomatic relations and opening of embassies between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of Dominica from March 23, 2004.
Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Li Zhaoxing and the Dominican Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit signed the joint communique on behalf of their respective governments in Beijing March 23.

在外交部今天上午宣布的外交关系和与人民共和国的中国政府和多米尼克政府使馆开放时间由3月23日，2004年成立。
中国外交部长李肇星和多米尼克总理斯凯里特总理签署了3月23日在北京代表各自政府在联合公报。
