Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will attend June 22 next to the opening ceremony of the 3rd conference of foreign ministers from the ACD (Asia Cooperation Dialogue) in Qingdao, a coastal city in Shandong Province (east of China), and deliver a speech.
This announcement was made by Ms. Zhang, a spokesman of Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs at a news conference Tuesday.
